Beginner Yoga Series: [ MAY REGISTRATION IS OPEN! ]

Wednesdays, 11:15am - 12:15pm, 5/11/22 - 6/1/22, 4 Classes

A beginners guide to foundational yoga poses and how they are linked together to form a flow. Each class will introduce 4-6 new poses, with classes building on each other to complete a basic flow for use at home or in studio. (min 4 / max 8 participants)  $120

Beginner Mini Series:  [ MAY REGISTRATION IS OPEN! ]

Saturdays, 10:45 - 11:45am, 5/14/22 - 5/28/22, 3 Classes

A guide to yoga for absolute beginners. You will learn basic foundational yoga poses with an emphasis on alignment and muscle engagement, and using controlled breathing to get the most from your practice. Gain familiarity with props (blocks, straps, etc) and understand when and how to use them. (min 4/ max 9 participants) $90


Saturdays, 10:45 - 11:45am,  6/11 - 6/25, 3 Classes 

A series geared towards calming the nervous system, releasing tension from the muscles and fascia, and centering the mind. Classes start with breath work to bring oxygen to the body and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system taking us out of "fight or flight" mode into a more relaxing mindset followed by 20 to 30 minutes of a gentle yoga flow to mobilize the spine and joints. We end with a brief meditation and 2 to 3 restorative yoga poses. A perfect midweek practice to balance yourself. Beginner friendly.  (min 4 / max 8 participants)  $90

Barrier Free Fitness Intensive Class:   [ JUNE REGISTRATION IS OPEN! ]
Saturday, June 4, 10:45 - 11:45am

2 hour class. 30 minute presentation of the foundational elements of exercise. 90 minute full strength and flexibility class; paced to provide participants with personalized modifications. (Minimum 4 participants / max 8) $75

BFF How To Exercise Series: [ TBD PLEASE INQUIRE ]

Learn to exercise correctly to improve posture, balance, and prevent injury. This is a life changing experience. You will never look at “exercise “ the same way!

We dive into a set series of strengthening and flexibility exercises targeting the major muscle groups. Beginner friendly, mostly floor based classes, paced to provide participants with personalized modifications. (min 4 / max 8 participants)  $135

Prenatal Yoga Series: [ TBD PLEASE INQUIRE ]

Prenatal yoga is a beautiful way to mindfully connect with yourself, your body and your baby at any stage of pregnancy. Centered around a gentle flow, stretching, and restoration, this practice builds strength, confidence and relaxation. Perfect for students new to yoga, as well as seasoned students looking to adapt their practice in a safe way while still being challenged. (min 4 / max 8 participants) $135
