Developing my yoga practice has brought so much joy, peace, and connection into my life. I am excited to continue on the journey now as a teacher at Yoga Lightspace. I am honored to be able to share in the wonders of yoga that I have experienced while helping students develop their own yoga practices. I truly believe that continuing to learn from one another is part of a lifelong process of growth and becoming our most authentic selves. And together, we can make the world a better place!
